General conditions of sale:

Article 1 – Purpose

These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between the company FOODRE - RECECOF
SAS,

Registered with the Nanterre RCS under number B +33145585286, and all
people placing an order on the website www.foodre.fr, by email, by telephone or in person.
These general conditions of sale are accessible at any time on the website www.foodre.fr or in the appendix to quotes.
Any order implies full acceptance of the terms set out below, which the customer acknowledges having read.

Article 2 – Order confirmation and cancellation

Orders, modifications and cancellations are taken into account from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Monday to Friday inclusive and only after
receipt of an email to macommande@foodre.fr with the company stamp, signature, name and position of the ordering party,
the date and the words “Good for agreement” (or “cancellation of order” if applicable), the total amount including tax, the details of the
order and the reference provided by FOODRE. The modification and cancellation deadlines are as follows:
– Meal Trays: can be changed at the latest the day before by 7 p.m. or cancelled the day before by noon.
– Cold Buffets: can be modified 12 hours before delivery, 48 hours in advance for cancellation.
– Cocktails: can be modified 24 hours before delivery, 48 hours in advance for cancellation.
– Breakfasts: can be changed the day before in the evening before 10 p.m.,
For cancellation: 72 hours.
Orders cancelled or modified without taking into account the deadlines indicated above will be invoiced in full. In the event of
of incorrect information communicated by the customer, any error or delay in delivery cannot be attributed to FOODRE. The customer
is only entitled to cancel his order or refuse the goods if any delays or advances in the time slot
expected to exceed 2 hours, except in cases of force majeure or events likely to prevent delivery: traffic jams
notorious, demonstrations, strikes, climatic incidents, disasters affecting FOODRE installations.

Article 3 – Pricing and payment conditions

All prices shown are exclusive of tax. Delivery and return costs are charged in addition.
For businesses, invoices are payable net without discount upon delivery of the order.
It is possible to open a Business account, from the second order, with payment within 30 days.
For quotes exceeding €10,000, a deposit of 20% is required.
For individuals, an order is accepted upon receipt of full payment by bank card which can be made
by phone. All our invoices are provided upon delivery.
In the event of late payment, FOODRE reserves the right to charge late payment interest at the legal rate + 3 points.

Article 4 – Quality

FOODRE selects with the greatest care and regularly checks the quality of the products of its Caterers and Restaurants
Partners. However, FOODRE's liability cannot in any case replace professional liability
Partner Restaurants and Caterers distributed by FOODRE.
The following recommendations are given on behalf of and in place of the Partner Caterers and Restaurants distributed by FOODRE.
The delivered products must be stored in a cool and dry place. We decline all responsibility in the event that they do not
would not be consumed within a maximum of 2 hours after their delivery. The customer must ensure the conformity of his
order at the time of delivery and any claim must, to be taken into account, be made at the time of delivery and
be mentioned on the delivery note.
For hygiene reasons, no goods may be returned or exchanged. FOODRE reserves the right to modify the
composition of its products based on supply-related hazards.

Article 6 – Attribution of jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, only the commercial court of the City of Nanterre will have jurisdiction, even in the event of summary proceedings, appeal in
guarantee or plurality of defendants, with application of French law.
