Our cuisine respects the planet. By favoring short circuits and seasonal products, we collaborate with farms located less than 25 km from Paris and select the best products from the Rungis producers' pavilion. Our menus are full of fresh fruits and vegetables, cereals, legumes and wild herbs that not only guarantee a rich taste, but also reduce the carbon footprint of each meal.
